3rd period - complete the distance formula problems on page 643 10-15 and ACE page 38 3 - 12.

6th and 8th periods - Handout on Triangle Inequality Theorem and 1 - 6 on distance formula sheet. Make sure you show work for both pages.

Quiz tomorrow over the following concepts: simplifying square roots, even and odd exponents inside square roots, postive and negative exponents, know anything to the zero power is 1, be able to prove why anything to the zero power is 1 and why a negative exponent turns into 1 over the base to the positive power and finally, multiplication and division of exponents.
